At Grupo SAT SRL (hereinafter "WebSiteParaguay", "we" or "the Controller"), located at 25 de Mayo 1590, Asunción, Paraguay, we value and protect the privacy of those who visit and interact with this site. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and legal basis, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

This policy is governed by Law No. 7593/2025 "On Personal Data Protection" of the Republic of Paraguay, and takes international best practices as a reference. It also respects Law No. 1334/98 on Consumer Protection.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data necessary for the purposes described (data minimization):

• Contact data you provide via forms (contact, demo, quote, call request, partner program) or tools (calculator, configurator, diagnostic): name, email, phone, company, tax ID, industry, city and your message.

• Visit source: if you arrived from a campaign, search engine or link, we may record that origin for statistics.

We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in form messages.

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of it, we will delete it.
